This policy applies to all recorded sessions that are not private 1:1 consultations, including: 

•     Group workshops (live or virtual) 

•     Retreats and ceremonial gatherings 

•     Community circles and events 

•     Facilitator trainings and interactive sessions 

Private one-on-one sessions are never shared or used publicly without explicit, written consent. 

  

📽️ Ownership of Recordings 

All recordings—whether audio, video, written transcripts, or derivative content—created during SoulFull Clarity sessions are the sole property of SoulFull Clarity. This includes: 

•     Zoom or platform-based recordings 

•     Chat logs and transcripts 

•     Audio clips or visual captures 

•     Edited or repurposed content for educational or promotional use 

By participating in a recorded group session, you acknowledge and agree that SoulFull Clarity retains full rights to use, reproduce, and distribute these materials.

SoulFull Clarity may share recorded content publicly for purposes such as: 

•     Educational resources and spiritual teachings
