At SoulFull Clarity, we understand that life can shift unexpectedly. While we honor your commitment to growth and healing, we also hold sacred the energetic and logistical preparation that goes into each offering. 

To maintain balance and clarity for all involved, we’ve established the following refund guidelines: 

⏳ Refund Eligibility 

Refunds are available for scheduled appointments and group offerings up to 48 hours before the start time. This applies to: 

•     Group workshops and events 

•     Facilitator trainings 

•     Ceremonial gatherings 

•     Any session that is not a private 1:1

❌ Non-Refundable Within 48 Hours 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are non-refundable. This ensures we honor the time, energy, and preparation invested in each experience. 

If you’re unable to attend, we may offer: 

•     A credit toward a future session (case-by-case basis) 

•     Access to recorded materials (if applicable) 

•     Transfer of your spot to another participant (with prior approval)
