🌿 SoulFull Clarity Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SoulFull Clarity. By engaging with our services—including workshops, group sessions, digital offerings, and community events—you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to honor the sacred nature of our work while ensuring clarity, respect, and mutual understanding. 

 

1. ✨ Participation & Conduct 

We hold every SoulFull Clarity space as a container for healing, growth, and transformation. By participating, you agree to: 

•     Show up with respect, openness, and compassion 

•     Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ personal shares 

•     Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or discriminatory behavior 

•     Honor the energetic boundaries of the group and facilitator 

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the integrity of the space. 

 

2. 🎥 Recordings & Intellectual Property 

All group sessions, workshops, and events may be recorded. These recordings are the exclusive property of SoulFull Clarity and may be used for: 

•     Educational and promotional purposes 

•     Social media, newsletters, and online platforms 

•     Testimonials or previews of future offerings 

By participating, you consent to being recorded and to the potential public use of your voice, likeness, and contributions. Private 1:1 sessions are excluded from this policy and will never be shared without explicit written consent. 

All content shared by SoulFull Clarity—including visuals, curriculum, meditations, and written materials—is protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any part of our offerings without prior written permission. 

 

3. 🌐 Digital Access & Technology 

SoulFull Clarity is not responsible for technical issues that may arise during virtual sessions, including: 

•     Internet connectivity problems 

•     Platform outages or disruptions 

•     Inability to access materials due to device limitations 

We recommend joining sessions with a stable connection and updated software. 

 

4. 💸 Payments, Refunds & Cancellations 

All payments for workshops and group offerings are due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Refunds are offered only under the following conditions: 

•     Cancellation by SoulFull Clarity 

•     Technical failure that prevents access to the full experience 

•     Special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis 

We do not offer refunds for partial attendance or change of mind. 

 

5. 🌙 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability 

SoulFull Clarity’s services are intended for spiritual, emotional, and energetic support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. By participating, you acknowledge that: 

•     You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions 

•     SoulFull Clarity is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your participation 

•     You will seek appropriate professional support when needed
